Abstrak
This study aims to determine the description of group cohesiveness transformational leadership style and turnover intention with correlation between group cohesiveness and transformational leadership style on employee rsquo s turnover intention at Grand Harvest Resort amp Villas Banyuwangi. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational analysis. The number of samples in this study were 42 people using the saturated sampling technique. Measurement of group cohesiveness transformational leadership style and turnover intention uses a likert scale that was compiled by the researcher. The results of the study showed that 52.4% of the study sample had high group cohesiveness and transformational leadership style while 50% had high turnover intention. The result of group cohesiveness with turnover intention is -0 444 which means that there is a significant negative correlation between group cohesiveness and turnover intention while the correlation between transformational leadership style and turnover intention is -0 312 which means that there is a significant negative correlation between transformational leadership style and turnover intention. The result between group cohesiveness and transformational leadership style on turnover intention is 0 501 it means a moderate correlation so it can be concluded that group cohesiveness and transformational leadership style together are significantly correlated to employee rsquo s turnover intention at Grand Harvest Resort amp Villas Banyuwangi.
