Teacher performance in optimizing students\' ability to learn english / Bella Agustina Santoz

Abstrak
Thisresearch attempts to share ideas about how the teacher performance can optimize students ability to learn English. It describes how the activities applied by the teacher as a portray of teacher performance as well as the perception of students on it. The subject were a male teacher and his 16 students. The data were collected through interview and observation.It was found that the activities were created based on students needs. Thus it can be concluded that teacher who has good performance would be able to know his students characteristics in order to choose the appropriate activities being used.
