Determinan minat penggunaan gopay pada pengguna gojek / Febrita Susilo Fitrianingtiyas

Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the interest Gopay usage on Gojek Users. This study is a replication and development of a technology acceptance model (TAM) to determine the effect of perceived usefulness perceived ease of use trust perceived risk and perceived price on interest in using Gopay. The population of this study was students of the Faculty of Economics State University of Malang class of 2018-2020. The sample in this study was 358 students who were obtained based on the Slovin formula with the Cluster Convenience Sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 21. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that perceived usefulness perceived ease of use and perceived price have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Gopay. Meanwhile trust and perceived risk do not affect the interest of using Gopay. The results of this study are expected to be considered for Gopay developers or managers in improving application services so that they reach more users and increase the convenience of Gojek users.
