Professional competence of teachers in blended learning during the covid-19 pandemic (case study at smk khairuddin gondanglegi) / Romi Zaumar \'Allam Al \'Afi
Abstrak
Based on some of the descriptions above it can be understood that professional competence is the ability of a teacher to manage the teaching and learning process. Teachers of business planning online business and business communication subjects at Khairudin Vocational School do not yet have indicators of the achievement of a teacher who can be said to be professional because the results of the study show that teachers of online business business planning and business communication subjects do not yet have good skills in mapping Basic Competence- Basic Competence is essential in planning learning in blended learning at Khairuddin Gondanglegi Vocational School during the covid-19 pandemic this is evidenced by the absence of an emergency curriculum (according to Balitbang and Perbukuan No. 018/H/KR/2020) even though they already have complete learning tools Core Competence-Basic Competence in the 2013 national curriculum (according to Permendikbud No.37 of 2018) as well as the existence of essential Core Competence-Basic Competence independently. Nevertheless subject teachers already have good abilities in two aspects of professional teacher competence in blended learning at Khairuddin Gondanglegi Vocational School during the COVID-19 pandemic. First in developing materials which are supported by mastery of learning materials the use of textbooks in learning other learning sources such as youtube and e-journals as well as linking learning to the COVID-19 pandemic. Second in utilizing technology that is supported by the use of whatsapp as a learning tool an effective way of delivering learning so that traditional learning is not found. In addition during the learning process the teacher has assessed three dimensions namely knowledge assessment which is carried out by evaluating structured assignments and daily tests. While the skills assessment is carried out on one of these four 1) practice 2) project 3) product 4) portfolio. And the last is attitude assessment namely in terms of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes.
