The use of telegram in enhancing english learning of the tenth graders of SMKN 4 Malang in pandemic covid-19 / Kinanti Noviantari

Abstrak
The purpose of the study is to describe the use of Telegram in enhancing English learning of the tenth-grader of SMKN 4 Malang in pandemic Covid-19 the essential of Telegram that is used by the tenth-grader English teachers of SMKN 4 Malang in pandemic Covid-19 and identify the strengths and weaknesses of using Telegram found in English classes carried out by the tenth-graders English teachers of SMKN 4 Malang in pandemic Covid-19. The research involved 107 of the tenth-grader students in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research was qualitative design and used contextual Inquiries method. The data analysis procedures are planning recruiting scheduling note-taking recording all data in the Telegram and analyzing. The researcher noted and analyzed all the data through four steps they are data collection data reduction data performance and making conclusion and verification. The results of the study shows that the use of telegram is very useful for enhancing English learning of the tenth-grader students rsquo attendance and achievement get score above the KKM (kriteria ketuntasan minimal) at SMKN 4 Malang.
