Abstrak
This systematic literature review contains several previously published studies on the influence of situational leadership on employee performance. Research results that have been published previously need to be discussed again because the results of previous studies have not been condensed or have different arguments. Therefore this study will answer the question why is it necessary to review the results of previous research on situational leadership and its effect on employee performance.
