Abstrak
Limited face to face learning makes teachers have to carry out hybrid learning. Some obstacles encountered in the learning process are students who cheat during assessment teachers are overwhelmed in correcting students rsquo answers the application of HOTS is not optimal and monotone assessment instruments. Based on the facts above this research was conducted by developing an assessment instrument in thematic learning in grade 4 elementary school to know the validity and practicality of the assessment instrument. This research uses the ADDIE model. The result of the development is a HOTS assessment instrument using Quizizz. The research results showed that the assessment instrument developed had a validity percentage 82 00% ldquo valid rdquo according to an assessment expert and 81.81% ldquo valid rdquo according to a material expert. The percentage of the practicality of the assessment instrument is 96 00% ldquo very practical rdquo according to the teacher and 94.28% ldquo very practical rdquo according to the students. Item analysis showed that 21 questions were valid and reliable. Difficulty level analysis showed that there were 32 items ldquo easy rdquo and 8 items ldquo medium rdquo . Discriminatory power analysis show that the assessment instrument has low discriminatory power. Distractor function analysis showed that the assessment instrument had poor distractors.
