Survei kondisi fisik pemain sepakbola akademi arema u-16 pada era new normal pandemi covid-19 di Kota Malang / GANEV ERLANGGA

Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical condition in the components of agility abdominal muscle strength leg power flexibility and cardio endurance and speed at Arema U-16 Academy. The test instruments used were Sit ups Illinois test Standing board jump Bleep test and 30-meter run. The data collected was analyzed using the norms of each component then using a T-score rating according to the existing norms so that it showed good results in running speed agility including Less Cardiac endurance Good limb explosive power in the above category. average rdquo and abdominal muscle strength in ldquo Very Good rdquo condition. From the results of the data found the researcher stated that the conditions for playing Academy Arema Malang U-16 were in very good condition. The trainer can maintain the components that are already good and improve the physical components that are still lacking namely agility.
