The teachers’ perceptions on online learning via google classroom for the ninth grade during the Covid-19 pandemic / Azizatun Ifti Sholihah
Abstrak
This study investigated ninth-grade teachers perceptions of Online Learning using Google Classroom during a pandemic through existing perceptions and experiences it would be more helpful and more accessible for teachers to be better able to carry out Online Learning. Based on the results it can be concluded that using Google Classroom application is effective if the teachers could find a suitable learning method and the students know the importance of independent learning. On the other hand it would be ineffective as the teachers found several obstacles when dealing with students who do not realize the importance of learning independence especially in the students rsquo collection of tasks. The teachers should make sure that the students do not feel there are too many assignments because it will hinder their growth of learning independence. Thus it cannot be denied that there are advantages and disadvantages of using Google Classroom in online learning.
