Teacher strategy SMPN 2 Pacet Mojokerto to improve student learning motivation / Vina Aprilia
Abstrak
Less-than-ideal learning outcomes are caused by one of the teacher s factors of less-than-ideal learning motivation. This research wants to show the teacher s efforts to increase learning motivation the driving and inhibiting factors of learning motivation and the results of teacher learning motivation on students. This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Pacet with the research subjects being teachers and students. This study employs both descriptive and qualitative methods in its design. Data collection through interviews observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the teacher has provided maximum learning motivation but students do not experience obstacles in accepting this motivation so there is no change in learning outcomes.
