Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang di my own barn cafe Kabupaten Tulungagung / Luli Anggun Sasmita

Abstrak
This study will analyze the factor influencing repurchase intention by involving several variables including cafe atmosphere brand awareness customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The method used in this study was Path analysis model by using SPSS-25. The sample was 100 customers taken by the purposive random sampling technique to the customers who was visited caf eacute at least once. The instruments in collecting the data were questioner. The results show that brand awareness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. In contrast the cafe atmosphere has no significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention at My Own Barn Caf eacute . The analys finds that customer satisfaction significantly influences repurchase intentions at My Own Barn Caf eacute Kabupaten Tulungagung.
