Gen z repurchase intentions in Indonesian marketplace: exploring e-servicescape and e-trust factors / Ahfas Arsyad
Abstrak
Buying and selling online also known as internet-based business are common in society now. On the other hand research that focuses on the influence of the e-servicescape environment on Gen Z repurchase intention on marketplace websites is still limited. Hence this study aims to investigate the impact of the e-servicescape environment on repurchase intention while considering the mediating effect of e-trust that focuses on Gen Z marketplace users from Indonesia. The total data of 202 respondents were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results proved that e-servicescape effect on e-trust and repurchase intention Gen Z users prioritize the convenience of online transactions. In addition this research is helpful for marketplace developers to improve their website designs and contribute to e-servicescape study knowledge.
