Students’ experiences using ELSA speak application to enhance their speaking skills / Dio Dennata Rizky
Abstrak
This study investigates students experiences of using ELSA Speak application to improve their English proficiency. This study uses a mixed-method explanatory design. This study collected data using various methods including questionnaires and interview. Participants for this study were 33 students and 9 students for the interviewees. The results show students rsquo positive experiences using ELSA Speak application to improve their speaking skills. However based on students experiences with ELSA Speak application limitations and obstacles such as deficiencies and errors were also found. This study highlights the importance of incorporating technology into language learning and shows how the findings can guide the development of more effective and individualized language learning aids. Additional research is recommended to investigate the long-term effects and sustainability of using these apps in language education.
