Abstrak
This study aims to ascertain how investment choices and business fundamentals affect the value of a firm. The Price Earning Ratio (PER) is a proxy for several investment selection criteria. The Debt Equity Ratio (DER) Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) serve as substitutes for essential variables. The companies in the banking subsector for the years 2013 to 2022 were the study s subjects. 40 observational data were used in this study since a purposeful sampling strategy was performed using a sample of 4 banks. Secondary data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website was used in this investigation. The panel data regression method was used in this investigation. The findings show that Return On Assets (ROA) has a significantly positive impact on firm value while Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a significantly negative effect. In contrast the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) have no discernible impact on the corporation s value.
