Environmental assessment based on a spatial and ecological approach and big data analysis in mainstreaming disaster education in Islamic Religious Universities / Nur Isroatul Khusna
Abstrak
Indonesia is a disaster-prone area both natural and social disasters. An effort to overcome and minimize the impact of disasters is to implement planning by providing disaster mitigation strategies based on real conditions. This strategy will have maximum results if it is realized in real activities such as through disaster education at the tertiary level such as the Islamic Religious College (PTKI) in Tulungagung which has disaster-prone areas. An environmental assessment using spatial ecological and big data analysis approaches is needed to create disaster mitigation strategies as a reference for implementing disaster education in educational institutions. The research in this dissertation has the main objectives namely 1) carrying out an environmental assessment based on a spatial approach and ecological approach in an effort to overcome disasters in the Tulungagung disaster-prone area 2) carrying out an environmental assessment based on big data analysis in an effort to overcome disasters 3) developing a learning model in the field of disasters in Islamic Religious Universities in disaster-prone areas of Tulungagung Regency based on the results of environmental assessments. The research method in this research uses a mixed method. To answer the first research objective a quantitative qualitative descriptive approach was used. The second research objective is to use descriptive qualitative using CAQDAS. Meanwhile the third research objective uses the ADDIE model of development research (R amp D). The results of this research showed that 1) through an environmental assessment using a spatial ecological approach disaster management strategies were obtained including environmental conservation education use of technology to mitigate flood and landslide disasters law enforcement and others 2) Through an assessment using big data analysis disaster mitigation strategies were obtained. includes the use of effective models strategies and learning media to improve students cognitive affective and psychomotor abilities regarding disasters sustainable use of technology in disaster management provision and easy access to literacy about disaster management for the community and others
