The impact of psychological capital and student adaptation on student achievement of international exchange alumni students / Iqbal Ghozy Syaifullah

Abstrak
The aim of this research is to describe how the impact of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Student Adaptation affects the Achievement of International exchange alumni students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research where this research is only to find out whether the independent variables and dependent variables are related to each other. The total sample of 165 respondents and simple random sampling is the sampling technique used in the study. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Simultaneously the influence of PsyCap and Student adaptation on Student achievement has a significance value of 0.000. Partially the influence of the PsyCap and Student adaptation variables on Student achievement respectively has a significance value of 0.039 and 0.000.
