Abstrak
In the learning process creativity and innovation are very necessary especially in the use of teaching materials. Teaching materials have significant advantages in raising educational standards. A way to stimulate active student engagement is to combine learning materials and digital elements. Teachers can use teaching materials as support for students to achieve learning goals in an effective and efficient way. The content in teaching materials is adapted to technological developments to attract students interest during the learning process. Technology allows the use of teaching materials efficiently and provides opportunities for students to learn independently. This research and development aims to create a Historical E-Handout related to Soegondo Djojopoespito s material on the 1928 Youth Pledge event at SMA Negeri 1 Garum with a focus on aspects of Teaching Materials and Materials. Making teaching materials is carried out using the Sugiyono method with the following steps (1) Identify potential and problems (2) Data Collection (3) Product Design (4) Product Validation (5) Product Repair (6) Trial (7) Product Evaluation (8) Implementation of Use (9) Product Overview and (10) Product Improvement. Data collection methods involve observation distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. The data collected is quantitative using percentages while qualitative data includes comments statements and summaries generated during the validation process. Based on the results of data validation analysis obtained from teaching materials experts and material experts as well as trials the average respondent satisfaction level was 92.5% for material expert assessments 79.5% for teaching materials expert assessments and 87.6% for tests. try e-handout products. The results increased interest in small group learning by 84.6% and increased interest in large group learning by 90.3%. Thus it can be concluded that the E-Handout as a teaching material has met the requirements and is valid to be applied as learning material for class XI F-4 students at SMA Negeri 1 Garum.
