Identifikasi potensi dan analisis strategi pengembangan destinasi Coban Putri berdasarkan daya tarik wisata / Fauzi Sheva Hamzah Siregar

Abstrak
Research on Potential Evaluation for Coban Putri Destination Development Based on Tourism Attraction aims to (1) know the potential for Coban Putri tourism attraction and (2) know the direction of potential development of Coban Putri tourism attraction. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with SWOT analysis techniques and descriptive analysis in the form of 4A namely attractions accessibility amenity and amenity as well as supporting components. Data sources come from primary and secondary data data collection techniques using observation interviews and literature studies. . The results of this study indicate that there is a description of the potential of nature and special interest tourism which is an attraction in the tourist attraction. The development of 4A tourist attractions namely attractions is shown by the existence of various kinds of interesting photo spots and special interest attractions that should be done every day not just on weekends. The manager must also make improvements to several facilities that are still abandoned. Accessibility with the results shows development regarding road conditions parking lots road signs that must be improved. Amenities with the results show that development is still not good because there are several facilities that cannot be used by tourists. Ancillary services with the results showing the number of officers promotions and tour package offers must be improved but for SWOT analysis Coban Putri is in quadrant 1 which means that Coban Putri tourist attraction is in prime condition so it is possible to continue to expand in continuing development.
