The influence of the fifa11+ program on the balance of SSB Persedpim u-17 football players / Bayu Anggara Wirakusuma
Abstrak
In a soccer game balance is required to perform fast movements. In adolescence the risk of falling can be affected by poor balance with 38% of cases caused by a lack of balance control. Therefore the researcher aims to provide the FIFA11 training program to improve the balance of soccer players. This study applied a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest posttest scheme. The research subjects were soccer players under the age of 17 who were registered in SSB PERSEDAPIM with total sampling that is the same number of samples as the population which amounted to 20 research samples. The FIFA11 program is carried out 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 meetings per week. To determine the level of player balance using the Y Balance Test. In this study using normality test analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the sig value was 0.000 which means the significance value is lt 0.05 so it shows a significant effect. From the results of the t test analysis it can be concluded that there was an increase in SSB PERSEDAPIM U17 players after following the FIFA11 training program.
