Abstrak
In the world of tourism there is quite rapid development which hasan impact on increasing the country s foreign exchange earnings.With increasing public interest in tourism this sector now hasenormous potential. The number of tourists visiting Batu Cityincreased by around 35% in 2022. This phenomenon along withvisits to Batu City thwarted a new trend namely staycations. Thisresearch used a questionnaire with the participation of 130respondents and The data analysis used is Structural EquationModeling Partial Least Square (Sem-PLS) involving Smart PLS 3.0.The research results explain that Service Quality and Interior Designhave a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction andthe Desire to Buy Again.
