Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai moderating (studi kasus pada PT. panca patriot Kota Batu) / Adhitya Sabilillah

Abstrak
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership organizational culture work motivation and employee performance at PT. Panca Patriots of Batu City. This research uses a quantitative approach to formulate direct and indirect influences between variables. A total of 93 samples were selected using purposive sampling with the criteria Active workers at PT. Panca Patriot Batu City (1 year/more than years) actively working at PT. Five City Patriots. The analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The research results show that (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Panca Patriots of Batu City. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Panca Patriots of Batu City. (3) Work motivation moderates the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Panca Patriots of Batu City. (4) Work motivation moderates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Panca Patriots of Batu City.
