Abstrak
The rapid development of the residential property business makes Primaland still exist and continue to grow through innovations and marketing strategies carried out by Primaland such as Social media marketing is one of the main strategies in modern marketing that affects brand awareness and self-congruity. Primaland which is a brand engaged in the entertainment and tourism industry also adopts this strategy. This research aims to provide an overview of the influence of social media marketing on Primaland s brand awareness and self-congruity. In assessing the influence of social media marketing on brand awareness we highlight the importance of a brand s active presence on various social media platforms and interaction with users. In addition we explore how Primaland s efforts in sharing relevant and engaging content can increase their brand exposure to a wider audience.
