Penerapan metode bernyanyi untuk meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab di Raudhatul Athfal Muslimat NU 27 Malang / Annisa Istikhomah
Abstrak
This research aims to describe the implementation of the singing method in Arabic vocabulary learning and the improvement of Arabic vocabulary mastery among ten students at RA Muslimat NU 27 Malang after using the singing method. The technique used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This CAR was conducted in two cycles planning implementation observation reflection and revision. The research data comprised lesson plans (RPP) learning implementation and test results from Pre-Test and Post-Test. These data types were obtained from documentation study instruments observation guidelines and tests. The research results showed that the singing method supplemented with picture cards was implemented in two cycles. The weaknesses in cycle I included the need for more order in implementing the learning process with the lesson plan (RPP) difficulty in managing students and students difficulty in answering the questions given. Revisions were made in cycle II by paying more attention to the sequence between the RPP and its implementation being more creative in attracting students interest and providing more straightforward explanations. As a result the outcomes in cycle II were better and improved. The increase in student activity observation evidenced the improvement in the quality of learning implementation results from 92.86% in cycle I to 96.43% in cycle II. Additionally the singing method improved students mastery of Arabic vocabulary as demonstrated by the increase in test results from cycle I to cycle II with the percentage of vocabulary mastery test results rising from 70% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II.
