Abstrak
Employee performance plays an important role in achieving a company s goal. This is because when the performance of employees in a company is low then the productivity is also low. There are a number of things that affect employee performance such as organizational culture and work stress on employees good organization culture and low work stress will improve the employee s performance itself. In its implementation Bank X employees can accept the organizational culture there and Bank X management is still unable to control the work stress in its employees. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work stress on the performance of employees of Bank X. The study uses descriptive statistical analysis of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) and uses propotional random sampling techniques. The data collected was obtained from a questionnaire given to 38 respondents of employees of Bank X. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of the organizational culture on the performance of employees this is because Bank X always involves employees in every activity of the company. There is a positive and significant impact of work stress on employee performance this is because Bank X is not a subsidiary of a commercial bank so customers come in and the transactions are not so intense that the workflow there can be said to be not too high.
