Tingkat kondisi fisik tim bola basket kota malang porprov vii di jawa timur / Erma Erawati

Abstrak
Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical condition of female basketball athletes in Malang at the Provincial Sports Week in 2022. The method used was a survey in the form of tests and measurements with a sample of 18 people. From the test results then the data will be processed and seen levels. The types of physical conditionsstudied were speed agility endurance strength and explosive power. From this study with 18 respondents the results for the physical condition test were included in the good category with an average score of 4.31. for agility is in the sufficient category with an average score of 19.9. for the endurance test it is in the good category with an average score of 32.3 for the strength test it is in the very good category with an average score of 25. For the explosive power test it is in the very poor category with an average score of 33.2. Menggunakan metode survei berbentuk tesdan pengukuran dengan sampel berjumlah 18 orang. Dari hasil tes kemudian data akan diolah dan dilihat tingkatannya. Macam tes kondisi fisik yangakanditeliti yakni kelincahan kecepatan daya tahan kekuatan dan daya ledak.Dari penelitian dengan 18 responden ini didapatkan hasil untuk tes kondisi fisik kecepatanmasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 4 31.untuk kelincahan masuk dalam kategori cukup dengan skor rata-rata 19 9.untuk tes daya tahan masuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 32 3 untuk tes kekuatan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik denganskor rata-rata 25. Untuk tes daya ledak masuk dalam kategori sangat kurang dengan skor rata-rata 33 2. Kesimpulan hasil analisis kondisi fisik tim basket putri PORPROVVIIkota Malang tahun 2022 masuk dalam kategori cukup dengan tingkat presentase sebesar67%.
