Analysis of indonesian health survey data in 2023 for risk factors of hypertension in East Java / Faizzatul Salsabila Maghfiroh
Abstrak
Non-communicable diseases are the leading cause of death in the world. One of them is hypertension where this disease is increasingly being suffered by many. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between risk factors and the incidence of hypertension in East Java. The method used was quantitative using a cross-sectional design. Using secondary data from SKI 2023 with the entire population of East Java samples were obtained with individuals with hypertension. Data were analyzed univariately bivariately and multivariately. The results of this study showed a relationship with obesity status age gender education level physical activity smoking and stress. There needs to be a prevention program that is tailored to the characteristics of the community.
