Abstrak
Technological developments encourage business users to conduct marketing media using social media. Social media has a significant impact on business users especially B2B in building a company image and attracting consumers. One of the social media that has an impact on users is Instagram. Instagram forms a virtual bond in building promotions through content marketing by reaching more audiences. Therefore in the aplikasi_pemda business it is necessary to develop content marketing with the aim of building engagement branding. This research and development uses the ADDIE development model with data collection techniques involving the environment of the object being studied. Data were collected through interviews questionnaires and documentation. Through this development model and technique it was analyzed and the results of content marketing development were obtained through a content plan schedule and moodboard media to build engagement branding on Instagram aplikasi_pemda PT Cendana Teknika Utama Malang City. The results of this research and development were made into articles which were then given Copyright by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
