Digital web nearpod: increasing interpersonal intelligence and psychomotor learning outcome office management students / Tania Octarina Puthree

Abstrak
Interpersonal intelligence and psychomotor learning outcomes are urgently needed for vocational students with an attractive learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce a digital learning media based on the nearpod web platform validated by material expert and media expert and measure differences in interpersonal intelligence and psychomotor learning outcomes of students. The type of this research is Research and Development (R amp D) with the ADDIE development model involving research subjects namely material experts media experts and students consisting of control and experimental classes in class X Office Management at SMK Cendika Bangsa Kepanjen. The data presented are quantitative data and qualitative data then analyzed using descriptive percentage methods normality tests and independent sample t-test. The results of this research produced an interactive learning media assisted by digital web nearpod which has various integrated features and is rich in multimedia content making it easier for teachers to create new learning experiences by applying more interesting concepts to students who have been validated by experts showing that its very feasible to use and able to effectively improve interpersonal intelligence and psychomotor learning outcomes of students
