Adversity quotient sebagai mediator: pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa / Dinda Rosalina Dzulhijjah
Abstrak
This research problematically identifies that students professional success is not only determined by academic achievement but also by factors such as confidence competence and mastery. Aiming to examine the job market readiness self-efficacy resilience and problem-solving skills of 2021 Office Administration Education and Business Administration Education program students of State University of Malang this study offers a new perspective in the discussion of job readiness of administration students by examining the influence of adversity quotient on the relationship between self-efficacy and locus of control using quantitative methods and SEM-PLS analysis on 133 selected students out of a total of 196 students. The results showed that locus of control significantly predicted adversity quotient and work readiness where self-efficacy influenced resilience and subsequently work readiness and challenge management skills moderated the relationship between variables. The main contribution of this study is the discovery that students work readiness is influenced by elements outside the academic realm.
