Student worksheets (LKPD) is one of the printed teaching materials that contains instructions and learning activities for students. Based on observations existing LKPDs are not associated with culture so that students have difficulty realizing abstract elements of mathematics. Therefore LKPD that are associated with the culture around students such as Bantengan art are needed. This research aims to develop LKPD using a culturally responsive teaching approach based on Bantengan art on reflection and rotation material that is valid effective and practical. The development research model used is ADDIE. The results showed that the LKPD is very valid with a percentage of 93.75% very practical with a percentage of 83.2% and very effective with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 84.38%.
