Implementation of p5 in the independent curriculum within the MPLB department at SMKN 1 Malang / Kharisma Wahyuni
Abstrak
The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is an inseparable part of the Independent Curriculum which aims to shape the character of students in line with the values of Pancasila. This program was formed to develop competencies holistically covering the dimensions of faith and devotion to God Almighty awareness of global diversity the spirit of mutual cooperation independence critical thinking skills and creativity. This study aims to analyze the implementation of P5 in the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) department at SMKN 1 Malang and to analyze the perspectives of teachers and students regarding the implementation of P5. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach and utilizes data collection techniques through observation interview and documentation results. The results of the study show that the implementation of P5 in the MPLB department has a positive impact especially in building social relationships between students increasing awareness of waste management and fostering enthusiasm and involvement of students in more interactive and enjoyable learning compared to regular learning. Furthermore the school can conduct an evaluation and reflection related to the implementation of P5 which still contains misconceptions so that in the next implementation it will not happen again. The results of this study are also expected to be used as an academic reference for a number of similar studies that focus on the implementation of P5 in the Vocational High School (SMK) environment especially in the field of Office Management and Business Services.
