Abstrak
This study aims to improve the Arabic reading skills of 10th-grade students at MAN 1 Pasuruan through the implementation of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning method based on digital posters. The background of the research lies in the students low motivation and ability in reading Arabic as well as the lack of interactive and contextual learning strategies. Specifically this study seeks to examine (1) the implementation process of the digital poster-based STAD method in Arabic language learning (2) the improvement of students pronunciation skills and (3) the enhancement of their reading comprehension. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation interviews tests and documentation and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed a significant improvement in students reading skills including pronunciation vocabulary comprehension identifying main ideas and summarizing content. In terms of pronunciation students performance improved from 64% in the pre-test to 80% in the post-test. Overall the students completion rate increased from 43.7% in cycle I to 84.3% in cycle II. The implementation of the digital poster-based STAD method not only enhanced learning outcomes but also fostered a more active creative and collaborative classroom environment.
