Abstrak
The construction industry 5.0 requires collaboration between field workers and technology in the form of software that can be collaborators in increasing the efficiency of the quality of construction work results. These demands are realized in the form of BIM technology with a digital-based modeling system that covers all work information on a project especially in calculating Quantity and scheduling. In contrast to the demands of the construction industry 5.0 era in Indonesia the application of BIM has not yet developed its application. This study aims to implement BIM to find out how much difference there is between the calculation of BOQ volume/quantity with the BIM approach using Tekla Structure software with BOQ quantity and how BIM is applied in making scheduling and scheduling simulations. The design of this research flow starts from creating 3D modeling extracting the volume of quantity/volume elements analyzing the calculation results compared to BOQ quantity how much difference occurs analyzing the duration of work using Tekla structure based on project data modeling simulator. Based on the results of the study the percentage difference in the calculation results of the concrete volume between the BOQ and BIM approaches was 0.12% while the reinforcement was 0.21% which means that the results of the study are in the Appropriate category because the percentage difference is in the range of 0-10%. with the results of the BIM simulator being able to describe the real conditions and progress of a job in 3D format this will certainly make it easier for workers to understand the progress and sequence of work on a project.
