Analysis of the individual support capacity of pile foundations using a pile driving analyzer test control instrument: a case study of the spk csa building tower plan 3a in sidoarjo-surabaya / Haza Fitra Anugrah
Abstrak
The foundation is an essential element in a construction. Pile foundations are used in the SPK CSA Tower Plan 3A Building project with a total of 8 floors to support the load from the top of the structure to the soil layer under the building. Pile foundations must fulfill testing to determine the value of the bearing capacity provided. This study describes the dynamic PDA Test method from the basic principles methods of use and the results of the analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile foundation. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The results of this study show that the maximum energy transfer (EMX) to the 3 pile foundations varies namely for pile number T-174 of 5.60 tonnes.m pile number T-317 of 4.37 tonnes.m and pile number GT-31 of 5.60 tonnes.m. From these results it is found that EMX greatly affects the ultimate bearing capacity of the pile foundation. The average bearing capacity after CAPWAP analysis was found to be 238.70 tonnes and the PDA Test was 249.67 tonnes a difference of 5.34% decrease. The difference is due to CAPWAP (Case Pile Wave Analysis Program) analysis further processing using SMA obtained more detailed and accurate results. Based on the maximum settlement standard of 25 mm the maximum settlement in this study was 15.92 mm with a value below the maximum the PDA Test has exceeded the friction resistance and the end of the foundation so it can be concluded that the PDA Test results illustrate the ultimate bearing capacity value of the pile foundation.
