Infrastructure maintenance study of pt. sier based on government regulation no. 20 of 2024 / Aqbil Rawdak Jabbarsyah

Abstrak
This study discusses the infrastructure maintenance process carried out by PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) which is based on the provisions of Government Regulation Number 20 of 2024 concerning Industrial Areas. Industrial area infrastructure plays an important role in supporting the smooth running of production and operational activities so it requires comprehensive planned management and maintenance so that it continues to function optimally. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study technique. Data were obtained through direct observation of existing infrastructure and facilities in-depth interviews with PT. SIER employees and area managers and documents applicable to PT. SIER. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings show that PT. SIER has implemented infrastructure maintenance procedures that include preventive and corrective maintenance as well as periodic maintenance. Maintenance activities are carried out based on the types and schedules determined and involve various internal work units of the company and external vendors of the company. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of industrial area infrastructure management is not only determined by technical aspects but also requires the support of a good coordination system between stakeholders. This study also provides recommendations in the form of the need for digitalization of the maintenance system and strengthening synergy between area managers and the government as a form of implementation of Government Regulation No. 20 of 2024 as a whole.
