Abstrak
In Indonesia students scientific literacy skills are still below the international average and one of the factors contributing to the low scientific literacy is the role of teachers where many teachers have not optimally trained scientific literacy skills in the learning process. This study aims development of a Problem-Based Learning-based e-module to facilitate students scientific literacy on the topic of excretory system disorders due to imbalanced nutritional intake. This e-module development research was conducted in one of the public junior high schools in Malang City and validation tests practicality tests and readability tests were carried out. The research method used was Research and Development (R amp D) with a 4D development model. The data analysis techniques used were the Likert Scale Guttman and Inter Rater Agreement (IRA). The results of the e-module validation test from two validators showed that the average percentage for all aspects reached 93.36% with a very feasible category. The results of the practicality test from four science teachers showed that the average percentage for all aspects reached 99.8% with a very feasible category. The results of the readability test by students showed that the average percentage for all aspects reached 88.76% with a very feasible category. The results of the Inter Rater Agreement (IRA) analysis on the assessment of the suitability of learning activities with PBL syntax and scientific literacy competencies in e-module by validators and science teachers obtained a percentage of agreement above 75% which indicates a high level of agreement. Based on the research results the Problem-Based Learning-based e-module designed to facilitate students scientific literacy on the topic of excretory system disorders due to imbalanced nutritional intake is feasible and practical to be used as a science teaching material for Grade VIII junior high school students.
