Comparative analysis of quantity take off (qto) concrete volume in 3-storey residential buildings (luxury house) using microsoft excel and building information modeling (bim) revit method / DINDA NURUL FAJRIYAH
Abstrak
One of the technologies that can support the construction process is Building Information Modeling (BIM). Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a sophisticated technology system that combines important data at all stages of a construction project including the planning stage construction activities and maintenance. into a three-dimensional (3D) model. With the application of BIM technology all parties involved in the construction project can plan design and manage the project more accurately effectively and efficiently. The object of this research is a 3-Storey Residential Building ( Luxury House ) located in the Sekarsuli area North Klaten Central Java . This study aims to analyze the comparison of the results of Quantity Take Off (QTO) Concrete Volume using two different methods namely Microsoft Excel and BIM Revit . The method used in this research is a quantitative method using numerical data from the results of a Quantity comparison. Take Off (QTO) both methods. From the results of the Quantity comparison Take Off (QTO) obtained a certain percentage difference on the beam and sloof elements with a percentage difference of 1.043m3 . On the foundation element there is a difference in concrete volume of 0.011m3 . On the floor slab element there is a difference in concrete volume of 0.017m3 . While on the column element there is no difference in volume. Based on the percentage difference data it shows the level of accuracy of the Quantity calculation. Take Off (QTO) using BIM Revit is more accurate compared to Quantity calculations Take Off (QTO) using Microsoft Excel.
