Optimization of content marketing and electronics word of mouth (ewom) on facebook social media to improve brand awareness at bkt leveransir / Berliana Septi Anggraini
Abstrak
The large number of social media users and the increasingly rapid use of digital marketing present a great opportunity to increase brand awareness. Brand awareness plays an important role and has a strong positive relationship in increasing consumer purchasing intentions. The use of social media for digital marketing can be through content marketing which influences brand awareness so that someone can know the brand in a product offered. This study aims to increase brand awareness through optimization of content marketing and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on Facebook social media at BKT Leveransir. The products developed are Facebook accounts and content marketing.The method used in this study is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques through interviews observations and questionnaires. Data analysis used is the results of social media insights normality tests and pairedT-Tests on SPSS to determine the differences before and after development. The results of this study are that the development of content marketing and electronic word of mouth can significantly increase BKT Leveransir s brand awareness on Facebook social media.
