Abstrak
This study discusses competitive strategies for the UMKM Onde-Onde Goeyu in Mojokerto Regency through the development of packaging design and digital marketing based on e-commerce. The main product mini dry onde-onde holds great potential to reach a broader market through digital platforms. The research employs the ADDIE model (Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation) to design strategies suited to business conditions and consumer needs. The applied strategy includes the development of packaging design that is attractive functional and reflects the local product identity. This packaging serves not only as a protective medium but also as a visual communication tool to attract consumer attention. In addition product marketing is conducted through the Shopee e-commerce platform which is considered effective in expanding market reach and increasing distribution efficiency. The results show that proper packaging design and optimal use of e-commerce significantly enhance product visibility and sales potential. Communicative and professional packaging combined with digital marketing strategies positively impacts the competitiveness of UMKM Onde-Onde Goeyu amid increasingly intense market competition.
