The influence of emotional quotient and intelligence quotient on work readiness of accounting students with learning agility quotient as an intervening variable / Khilmatul Mauludah
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the influence of emotional quotient and intelligence quotient on work readiness through learning agility quotient as an intervening variable. This type of research is classified as explanatory using a survey design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were Accounting Education students at State University of Malang class of 2020 and 2021. The stratified random technique was used in sampling 124 accounting students. The data collection process used a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. The research data were analyzed using PLS-SEM through outer model and inner model tests. The results showed that (1) emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) have a positive and significant effect on work readiness (2) emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) have a positive and significant effect on learning agility quotient (LAQ) (3) learning agility quotient (LAQ) has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (4) learning agility quotient (LAQ) partially mediates (complementary partial mediation) the effect of emotional quotient (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) on work readiness.
