The effect of interactive media biolectric simulation trainer to improve students\' critical thinking skills / Mayang Purtika AZIZI
Abstrak
The effect of Interactive Media Trainer Simulation Natural Science Learning (IPA) tends to be abstract so supporting media is needed to support student understanding. One of the causes of low Critical Thinking Ability (KBK) is less effective and interactive learning that makes it difficult for students to actively participate. This study aims to determine the effect of interactive media of biolectric simulation trainer in improving students KBK. The research design used Quasi Experiment pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique was Convinience Sampling. Independent t-Test test showed significant differences between interactive media classes and conventional media. The N-Gain value in the interactive media class showed a higher increase of 0.77 (high category) and the conventional media class of 0.46 (medium category). The biggest increase in KBK indicator in interactive media class is basic support by 0.97 while in conventional media class the biggest KBK indicator is inference and advanced clarification by 0.51. Learning using interactive media of bioelectric simulation trainer is effectively implemented in improving students KBK.
