Analysis of the implementation of occupational health and safety in fire handling at the chicken slaughterhouse division (rpa) of pt. so good food sidoarjo / Romero Satria Adiyatma
Abstrak
In the business world it is important to pay attention to occupational safety and health (OHM) to protect the company s workforce environment and assets from occupational hazards and risks. This study aims to determine the application of the fire extinguishing system and fire emergency response management system at PT. So Good Food Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques involving four informants consisting of an SPV HSE/General K3 Expert SPV PGA Fire Team Leader and Fire Team Member. The results of the study show that the implementation of the fire extinguishing system of PT. So Good Food Sidoarjo consists of an active and passive fire protection system that is routinely checked periodically. However the active fire protection system has not been fulfilled because only the assessment of the Hydran and fire extinguishers installation has a score of 100% while the absence of a fire early detection system and sprinkler system results in a score assessment of 28.57%. And PT. So Good Food Sidoarjo has a fire emergency response organization consisting of an emergency response team (P2K3) as well as having well-coordinated emergency response procedures and firefighting training.
