Keywords E-Module Project Based Learning human respiratory system IPAS The advancement of digital technology and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum demand the availability of teaching materials that facilitate active contextual and meaningful learning processes. One of the IPAS topics still considered difficult by elementary school students is the human respiratory system due to its abstract nature and the lack of adequate visual media. Observations and interviews conducted at SDN Percobaan 2 Malang revealed that teachers still relied on conventional methods and students struggled to understand the functions of respiratory organs. Furthermore most students expressed a desire to learn using interactive teaching materials equipped with visualization multimedia and project-based activities. These findings highlight the need for innovative digital teaching materials to address such challenges. This research aimed to develop an interactive e-module based on the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model that is valid practical and engaging for V-grade students studying the human respiratory system. The product is designed to support project-based IPAS learning and to enhance students rsquo learning independence and active engagement. The developed e-module includes digital features such as videos animations interactive quizzes and group worksheets all accessible online via the Heyzine Flipbook platform. The type of research employed is Research and Development (R amp D) adapted from the ADDIE model which consists of five stages analysis design development implementation and evaluation. The research subjects included two experts (a subject matter expert and an instructional material expert) two fifth-grade teachers six students from class VC for the small-scale trial and twenty-seven students from class VD for the large-scale trial at SDN Percobaan 2 Malang. Data collection techniques involved observation interviews and questionnaires which were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods based on criteria for validity practicality and attractiveness of the product. The results showed that the e-module received a validation score of 95.5% from the subject matter experts and 97% from the instructional material experts both of which are classified as highly valid. The practicality test by teachers resulted in a score of 90% categorized as highly practical. Meanwhile the attractiveness test from students produced an average score of 99.07% which is categorized as very attractive. Therefore the interactive e-module based on the Project Based Learning model is considered feasible to be used as a digital teaching material for IPAS learning in elementary schools.
