The effect of entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy on entrepreneurial readiness: the mediating role of entrepreneurial interest / Bintang Ahmad Julian
Abstrak
This research aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy on entrepreneurial readiness with entrepreneurial interest serving as a mediator. The study was carried out on a community-driven youth organization (Karang Taruna Bhakti Mulya) that participated in a digital marketing training program in Manisrenggo Kediri City. The data analysis in this study employs a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that both entrepreneurial and digital literacy significantly influence entrepreneurial readiness both directly and indirectly through entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore entrepreneurial interest has been shown to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy digital literacy and entrepreneurial readiness. These findings underscore the significance of improving both entrepreneurial and digital literacy to promote the development of youth entrepreneurship.
