Peningkatan keterampilan membaca bahasa arab melalui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe cooperative integrated reading and composition (CIRC) Kelas VII A MTS Al-Islam Bantur / Rozalia Inge Rismayasari
Abstrak
Cooperative learning method type Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compostion (CIRC) is a method that can be applied in improving students Arabic reading skills. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of cooperative learning model type CIRC in improving the Arabic reading skills of students of class VII A MTs Al-Islam Bantur and describe the effect of the application of cooperative learning model type CIRC on Arabic reading skills of students of class VII A MTs Al-Islam Bantur. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles with the stages of planning implementation observation and reflection. The research instruments used were observation tests and learning outcomes tests. The type of data obtained from this research is a simple quantitative form which is then described qualitatively. The results of the application of the model showed the following learning outcomes pre-test with an average score of 48.62 with a percentage of classical completeness of 3.4% in cycle I the average student score was 62.24 and classical completeness was 31% and increased in cycle II reaching an average score of 75.86 and classical completeness of 82.7%. From the results achieved it can be concluded that the application of the CIRC type cooperative learning model is effective in improving the Arabic reading skills of students of class VII A MTs Al-Islam Bantur.
