Abstrak
21st century education requires a change in the learning paradigm so that students not only excel academically but must have analytical collaborative creative and communicative thinking skills. on this regard the transformational leadership of faculty principals is an important element in constructing an environment that encourages innovation and trade. Principals who re visionary inspiring and support the expert development of teachers are believed so that you can facilitate the mastering transformation system. similarly instructors dedication to change additionally performs an crucial position. teachers who ve high commitment have a tendency to be extra open to learning technique updates and are prepared to face curriculum demanding situations and dynamic pupil needs. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The pattern become calculated the usage of the Slovin formulation and became obtained through 219 instructors at a kingdom excessive school in Trenggalek Regency. The questionnaire turned into used to collect facts with likert scale size four alternative solutions and utilize google forms in records retrieval then analyzed the usage of SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4 software program. The effects of the analysis show that the transformational management of faculty principals has a huge oblique effect on trainer learning innovation through dedication to change as an intervening variable. Based on the researchers conclusions it is recommended (1) School principals are expected to further improve aspects of transformational leadership such as motivating inspiring and strengthening vision to teachers to encourage the creation of innovations in learning (2) Teachers are expected to be able to increase their commitment to the process of change and innovation in learning by continuing to develop their competencies and applying innovative learning methods in accordance with the progress of the times (3) The Head of the East Java Provincial Education Office Branch in the Trenggalek Region it is recommended to provide continuous training and coaching to school principals and teachers to develop their competencies and (4) the next researcher is expected to expand the scope to include other variables that are suspected to affect learning innovation in order to get a more comprehensive and applicable picture in the broader educational context.
