Abstrak
This study aimed to examine the variables of accounting competence and vocational maturity on work readiness with digital literacy as a moderating variable. Quantitative method was applied with a sample of 271 students of class XII SMK AKL in Jombang from proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and documentation of productive subject scores. The analysis technique chosen to be applied is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results obtained show that work readiness is positively and significantly influenced by accounting competence and vocational maturity. Digital literacy is proven to be positioned as a moderating variable because it plays a role in increasing the interrelationship of the influence relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This finding strengthens the social cognitive career theory (SCCT) that work readiness is the result of the interaction between personal environmental and learning experience factors.
