The sampling technique of this research is a total sample with a population of 76 employees of PT.X who meet the criteria of having worked for at least 1 year. The job crafting instrument adapts Wesseler amp Niessen s (2016) scale and the Individual Readiness for Change instrument uses Daniel T Holt s theory which has been compiled by Muis (2019). The results showed that job crafting did not have a significant influence on individual readiness for change (R sup2 0.001 p 0.832). This finding indicates that employees readiness to deal with change is more influenced by other factors.
