The effect of participatory budgeting and green budgeting on sustainable governance in the boyolali regional government, department of accounting / Indah Fitri Hartani

Abstrak
This study aims to examine the effect of participatory budgeting and green budgeting on sustainable governance in the Boyolali Regional Government. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 71 employees from 23 Regional Government Agencies (SKPD) who play a role in the budget planning process. Primary data were obtained through questionnaire distribution and processed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that participatory budgeting has a positive and significant effect on sustainable governance. Conversely green budgeting does not have a significant effect. These findings demonstrate the importance of SKPD participation in the budget preparation process as well as the need to optimize the implementation of green budgeting to support the achievement of sustainable government governance.
