Hubungan antara bakat okupasional, minat jabatan, sikap pilihan karier dan pilihan karier siswa SMAN se Kota Pasuruan / Cipto Hadi

Abstrak
Career choise (occupational choise) has an important meaning for each individual because the choise of an occupation influences almost every aspect of a person s life. Therefore in choosing a career each individual necessary to do a work of (a) self analysis (b) analysis of the world of work and (c) matching of personal characteristics with job requirement or an occupation so that his career choise becomes accurate and realistic. Research findings show that there is a significant correlation between occupational aptitude vocational interest career choise attitude and career choise of the students of SMAN in Pasuruan city. Implication for the research result the counselor necessary to pay attention to occupational aptitude vocational interest and students career choise attitude in order to be conform to plan and develop the program of career guidance services in schools especially concerning the problems of career choise.
